These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "User", or "you") and ldbplay (hereinafter "ldbplay", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ldbplay online gaming platform accessible at https://ldbplay.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of ldbplay's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of ldbplay, including players based in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. They should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless context requires otherwise:

Registration and use of ldbplay's services is subject to the following eligibility criteria. Any person who does not satisfy all of the conditions below is strictly prohibited from registering an account or using the platform in any capacity.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use ldbplay's services. This age threshold applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction. ldbplay enforces a strict 21+ policy and will require documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds therein will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and our responsible gambling obligations.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual Player is permitted to maintain one (1) active account on the ldbplay platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of bonus funds, and potential forfeiture of winnings obtained through the duplicated accounts.

3.3 Restricted Jurisdictions

ldbplay does not knowingly permit registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing ldbplay is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. ldbplay expressly reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account where it determines the Player is accessing the platform from a restricted territory.

3.4 Mental Capacity

By registering an account, you warrant that you are of sound mind, are not acting under the influence of any substance that would impair your judgment, and are capable of entering into legally binding agreements. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to visit our Responsible Gambling page before proceeding.

To access ldbplay's full suite of services, you must complete the registration process accurately and in good faith. All information provided during registration must be true, current, and complete.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above.
• Valid email address accessible only by you.
• Malaysian mobile phone number for account verification and security alerts.
• Preferred currency (MYR for Malaysian players).
• A secure password of your choosing, subject to minimum complexity requirements.

4.2 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal request, ldbplay is required to verify your identity under our KYC and AML obligations. You will be required to submit the following documents: (a) a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or valid passport; (b) proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement); and (c) where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until compliance is achieved.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. ldbplay will never request your password via any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. ldbplay accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain appropriate credential security.

ldbplay accepts deposits exclusively via approved payment methods. All deposits must be funded from payment instruments held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an AML review.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the ldbplay platform:

The minimum single deposit amount is RM30. The maximum single deposit amount is RM30,000. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set voluntarily by the Player via account settings. ldbplay may impose additional transaction limits at its discretion as part of responsible gambling obligations or AML compliance requirements.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the ldbplay platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are applied to MYR transactions. ldbplay bears no responsibility for foreign exchange losses where a Player's bank or payment provider applies its own conversion rates.

ldbplay is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Most withdrawal requests are processed within ninety (90) seconds for e-wallet and DuitNow methods, subject to the conditions set out in this clause.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and, where applicable, the same method used for the most recent deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50.
• Maximum single withdrawal: RM50,000 (higher limits available for verified VIP accounts by arrangement).
• Active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements are not withdrawable until rollover conditions are satisfied.

6.2 Processing Timeframes

Withdrawal requests submitted via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are typically processed within ninety (90) seconds of approval. Requests via FPX or online banking channels are processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. During periods of high volume or where AML checks are required, processing times may be extended. ldbplay will communicate any delays to the affected Player via their registered email address.

6.3 Withdrawal Refusal

ldbplay reserves the right to refuse or delay any withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification remains incomplete; (b) the withdrawal is associated with suspected fraudulent activity or AML concerns; (c) the Player has outstanding bonus wagering requirements; (d) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; or (e) technical issues affect payment processing beyond ldbplay's reasonable control.

ldbplay offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may not be claimed more than once per promotion, per household, per device, or per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money Player Funds and will be used before real-money funds are wagered, unless the platform's wallet system specifies otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the promotional period stated at the time of bonus activation. Uncompleted wagering within the expiry window results in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum bet per round while bonus funds are active is RM300, unless a lower limit is specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in forfeiture of the entire bonus balance.
• Game contribution rates vary by game category. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games and live casino games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates for each game category are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• ldbplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion and at any time, with or without prior notice.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

ldbplay employs monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers. Behaviour deemed abusive — including but not limited to low-risk combination betting across games to clear wagering requirements, coordinated bonus farming, and use of automated betting scripts — constitutes bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is detected, ldbplay reserves the right to void all bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the Player's account without further notice.

All betting and gaming activity on ldbplay is subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause.

8.1 Game Rules

The rules applicable to each individual game — including but not limited to slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sports betting markets, lottery draws, and poker rooms — are displayed within the relevant game interface or product page. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund of any wager.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. ldbplay reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time. For sports betting markets, odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, accepted bets are final.

8.3 Voided Bets

ldbplay reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) a technical error or system malfunction affects the outcome; (b) incorrect odds, lines, or game configurations were displayed due to a data feed or system error; (c) the event in question was cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise unable to produce a valid result; or (d) ldbplay has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed as part of fraudulent or collusive activity.

8.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other competitions available on ldbplay — are governed by standard international sports betting rules. Results are determined based on official results at the time of settlement. In-play (live) bets are accepted at ldbplay's discretion and may be suspended during certain game events. Ante-post bets on events subject to postponement or cancellation will be settled in accordance with individual market rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ldbplay platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds where legally permissible, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or using more than one account on the platform simultaneously or sequentially.
• Identity fraud: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment methods.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker and live casino formats.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the platform in a manner not authorised by ldbplay.
• Money laundering: Using ldbplay's platform to process, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity. All suspicious transaction activity is reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers in violation of individual or general bonus terms as described in Clause 7.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or e-wallet provider on a legitimate deposit transaction. Where a chargeback is fraudulently initiated, ldbplay reserves the right to pursue recovery through legal channels.
• Hacking or platform interference: Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt ldbplay's systems, software, or data through any unauthorised means.

All content displayed on the ldbplay platform — including but not limited to the ldbplay brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ldbplay or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ldbplay platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Player may copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the ldbplay platform or its content without the express prior written consent of ldbplay.

The names, logos, and marks of third-party game providers and payment brands (including Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX) referenced on this platform are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive and informational purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ldbplay's total cumulative liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ldbplay shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from Player decisions made in connection with gambling activities on the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, governmental actions, or cyberattacks beyond ldbplay's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Technical malfunctions arising from the Player's own device, operating system, or internet connection.

Nothing in this clause shall limit ldbplay's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

ldbplay is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We recognise that gambling can be addictive for some individuals and we take our duty of care to all Players seriously.

12.1 Player Protection Tools

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players via their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits to manage your gambling budget.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive pop-up alerts after a set duration of play.
• Cool-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

12.2 Underage Gambling Prevention

ldbplay enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy. Players who have minors in their household are strongly advised to use appropriate parental control software to prevent access to online gambling websites. The Platform's age verification processes are applied at registration and at the withdrawal stage.

12.3 Problem Gambling

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Player's account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause.

13.1 Termination by the Player

A Player may close their account at any time by contacting ldbplay's support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC and AML checks. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are non-refundable upon voluntary account closure.

13.2 Termination by ldbplay

ldbplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player's account immediately and without prior notice where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) ldbplay is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive; (c) ldbplay suspects the account is being used for fraudulent or money laundering purposes; or (d) the Player's behaviour poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Players' experience.

Where an account is closed by ldbplay due to a material breach, any pending or processed winnings associated with the breach may be withheld pending investigation. ldbplay will communicate the outcome of such investigations in writing to the Player's registered email address.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ldbplay holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including its validity, breach, termination, or interpretation — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

For the avoidance of doubt, this Agreement is not governed by Malaysian law, and no dispute arising hereunder shall be submitted to any Malaysian court or regulatory authority unless ldbplay expressly agrees to such jurisdiction in writing. Malaysian Players acknowledge and accept this jurisdictional arrangement as a condition of using the platform.

ldbplay and the Player agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute through ldbplay's internal complaints procedure before initiating formal legal proceedings. Players wishing to raise a complaint may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or at the email address listed in Clause 16.

ldbplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via a prominent notice on the platform's homepage and, where the Player has an active account, via their registered email address. The effective date of all revisions will be clearly indicated at the top of this page.

Continued use of the ldbplay platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree with any amendment, they must cease using the platform immediately and may close their account as provided in Clause 13.1. ldbplay recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current provisions governing their use of the platform.
